The Pier 3 Utility Upgrade project called for replacement of water, power and communications to a 40 year old pier located at the Port of Everett. Upgrades included trenching, demolition of existing utilities, and replacement in the existing trench.
Additional work included the installation of an above ground reduced pressure backflow assembly (RPBA).
