This expansion of the Water Reclamation Facility in McMinnville, Oregon included construction of a new aeration basin, new secondary clarifier, new mixed liquor splitter box and new return sludge pump station. Modifications were made to the existing mixed liquor splitter box, return sludge pump station, headworks and effluent filter inlet channels. Coatings were applied to two existing secondary clarifiers. Other improvements including HVAC and plumbing elements, constructing site roadways, permeable pavers, site grading, piping, and landscaping were also completed. Furnishing and installing related equipment, storm sewers, electrical, and I&C components completed the project. This project was named 2016 Project of the Year by the Oregon Chapter APWA.
