Design Build a new dual covered mooring at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Coos Bay, Oregon. The new covered mooring facility consists of a metal building on piles and concrete beam foundation. The covered moorage building is a two-story structure that includes a vessel maintenance shop, drying room, male and female showers and locker rooms, storage and toilet rooms. A new walkway connects the covered mooring entrance to the haul out pier. A concrete float supported by piling provides slips for two, 47-cutters by a gangway. New fire protection and alarm system, plumbing, compressed air system, fuel dispensing system, waste oil collection system, heating, ventilating and air conditioning, electrical and telecommunications.
