The construction on the Leschi Marina consists of the repairing of piles, caps, stringers, decking, and north and south breakwater structure. Installation of new breakwater, steel pilings, and finger-slips at north marina basin. Installation of new breakwater at south end of north marina basin. Installation of new breakwater at north end of north marina basin and installation of new piles for future floats.
