The Cedar River Hatchery consists of the construction of a 14,500 square foot fish hatchery building. Along with the construction or use of:
- Adult holding and spawning facility
- Water supply
- Drains and tempering systems
- Domestic water
- On-site sewer system
- Power, lighting, controls, and surface restoration.
